The film will open on 28 October (09) in various cinemas around the world. With Presales through the roof, there has been some controversy over Jackson's new single "This Is it".

Jackson state administrations acknowledged that 'This is It' is just a rehash of the original Paul Anka's 'I Never Heard'.  This is after Anka went public with his opinion of the old tune. Michael Jackson administrators tell Anka that they will do everything in their power to let fans know the history of the song.
Anka wrote the song with Jackson at his studio in carmel, California. Anka was going to use the audio for another album when Jackson stole the tapes from the studio allegedly. Anka tried to sue Jackson, Jackson gave the tapes back but made his own version of the song with new vocals. (c) tPC

They are finally giving Paul Anka credit for co-writing the song , Michael Jackson has collaborated in one way or another with so many celebreties.
